SpotOnCare is a leading Australian provider of home care packages and disability support services. Our mission is to deliver top-tier, personalised care services that enhance the quality of life for the elderly and people living with disabilities.
We are committed to fostering independence, promoting social interactions, and supporting the holistic well-being of every individual in our care.
Our story began just a few years ago when two passionate Support Workers decided to create a service that truly aligned with their values. Starting with five participants and a shared vision, we handled everything—from support delivery to managing the business—driven by a desire to make a real difference.
Word spread quickly. Our commitment to quality and care helped us grow, allowing us to welcome more participants and build a team of dedicated professionals who share our passion.
Today, we’re proud to be an NDIS Registered Provider supporting nearly 200 participants. While much has changed, our mission remains the same: to empower individuals and provide exceptional, person-centred support every day.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We began by supporting individuals whose first language wasn’t English and have since grown to serve diverse communities speaking multiple languages.
What started with children living with disabilities has expanded to include people of all ages—young adults, adults, and seniors. Our multilingual team and partners deliver a wide range of services, from counselling to occupational and speech therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
