How We Started

Our journey began a couple of years ago when we, two passionate and experienced Support Workers, decided to branch out and start our own business. With a burning desire to align our values with our work and offer superior quality services, we knew it was time to take the leap of faith.

Initially, we started out with just five participants and a burning passion to make a positive impact on their lives. As two sole proprietors, we were responsible for everything from managing finances to delivering the support services. Though the road was bumpy, we persevered and continued to expand our services to others who would benefit.

Before long, our unwavering commitment to quality and passion for making a difference paid off. Through word-of-mouth referrals, our client base grew exponentially, and we were able to hire additional staff to meet the increasing demand.

Today, our company boasts close to 200 participants, all of whom we serve with utmost dedication and commitment. Our team comprises experienced and compassionate professionals who share our vision and values. Together, we work tirelessly to make a positive impact and help participants achieve their goals.

We take pride in the progress we have made so far, and we remain committed to continuing our journey of growth and expansion. Our story is one of hope, hard work, and resilience, and we are excited about what the future holds for us.

Our customers are the heart and soul of our business. Initially, our customers consisted solely of individuals whose English is not their first language, but over time, our services have become renowned and trusted within multiple ethnic communities, who speak around 5-10 different languages including English. Our reputation for providing quality services has spread through word of mouth and has resulted in exponential growth.

Our services cater to people of all ages, beginning with children with disabilities, who were our primary customer base. However, our satisfied clientele has now extended to include young adults, adults, and even senior people who find immense value in our services.

We take pride in our ability to understand the diverse needs of our customers, regardless of their background or language proficiency. Our team and our company partners are equipped to offer assistance and support through a range of services, including counseling, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Our customer base continues to grow exponentially as we remain dedicated to our mission of providing personalized care to our clients. We are inspired by the positive impact that our services have made in the lives of those we serve and are deeply committed to making a difference in their lives.
